The silicone heat shrink tube is made of industrial-grade silicone rubber as the base material, and is produced through irradiation crosslinking and expansion shaping processes. It is a flexible heat shrink sleeve with high-performance elasticity and belongs to a kind of advanced elastic heat shrink material.
Used for insulation packaging and protection of wiring harnesses in the electronics and electrical appliances industry, as well as in the automotive and rail transportation, and new energy sectors; for anti-slip coating and appearance enhancement.
It does not crack in a cold environment and does not melt or deform at high temperatures. It is suitable for extreme temperature difference working conditions. Its service life is much longer than that of ordinary heat shrink tubes. The radial contraction ratio is 2:1 or 3:1 for common types, and some customized models can reach 4:1.
