It is made of irradiated cross-linked material and undergoes 4 times radial uniform shrinkage. Compared with 2:1 and 3:1 heat shrink tubing, it is suitable for irregular workpieces and thick-thin connection joints, featuring excellent insulation, flame retardancy, and weather resistance. It is easy to install and is used for sealing wire harnesses, protecting solder joints, repairing circuits, and covering precision components.
Used for insulation packaging and protection of wiring harnesses in the electronics and electrical appliances industry, as well as in the automotive and rail transportation, and new energy sectors; for anti-slip coating and appearance enhancement.
The radial contraction ratio is 4:1, and the axial contraction rate is ≤ 10%. The contraction is uniform without skewing. It can closely cover workpieces with significant size differences and special structures without wrinkles, cavities, halogens, heavy metals, or phthalates. It complies with international environmental protection standards such as RoHS and REACH, and is suitable for use in electrical wires and cables, equipment, and export scenarios.
